AMAZIGH CULTURAL TOURS MOROCCO
…specialist art tours…
MOROCCO offers a destination for the discerning traveller and at ACTM we cater for those with an interest in Culture, History and Art Travel. Our Guest Artist Program and Specialist Art Tours add a range of options to the International Art Tour circuit.
Perched on the North West tip of Africa, pierced by the mighty Atlas Mountains on the northern edge of the vast Saharan Basin, Morocco is endowed with a rich and complex cultural history.
AMAZIGH CULTURAL TOURS MOROCCO have devised a program of itineraries focussing on activities that encourage you to investigate the indigenous Amazigh (Berber) culture of Morocco and develop your observations and experience in a creative way.
Travelling with a small group of like-minded people we focus on art skills, knowledge and practice in PAINTING, DRAWING, PHOTOGRAPHY and TEXTILES, through to broader engagement with the ancient AMAZIGH CULTURE of Morocco, exploring the heritage, art, craft, music, food, spirituality, subsistence farming and nomadic lifestyle that has endured throughout the years.
A changing Program with GUEST ARTISTS offers a range of options!
If you prefer to travel on your own, with your select friends and family, or if you enjoy the outdoors, our Tailor-made TREKS & TOURS will take you through the awe-inspiring landscape of the Sahara or the breath taking Atlas Mountains, supported by our experienced and knowledgeable Amazigh guides.
There are some suggested popular options for Morocco Tours, or we can assist you to design your own special TAILOR MADE itinerary, including a path that follows your particular interests and requirements. We even offer a FREE TOUR if you book a group of 8 or more people (you +7 people…!)
AMAZIGH CULTURAL TOURS MOROCCO uses its experienced hosts and local guides to devise travel programs that focus on engagement with Morocco through a grassroots cultural immersion. You will have meaningful exchanges with the people of Morocco and opportunities to explore the diverse and compelling cultural landscape.
Inspirational guided Amazigh Tours will reveal the wealth and beauty of the culture, while time is given to observe, draw, make, write or discuss.
